Leather Sorting & Cutting
Leather-cutting requires special attention to details, such as shading, grain and inherent flaws within each skin.
Stitching
After cutting, each cut-out leather panels are sent to be sewn accordingly for sleeves, front and back area on our high quality lock stitch machines.
Washing & Waxing
Washing is done to remove dirt and dust from the garments. More than just cleaning of garments, washing is also done to give a washed & vintage look to the finished garment with different types of finishes.
Finishing
Garments finishing is the last stage of garments production. All produced garments are rechecked, remove the thread, doing the ironing, packing, and final inspection are mainly done in this section.
Packing & Dispatching
The finished garments are then folded in a specific dimension, and finally the garments are ready for the shipment and ready for the end consumers.
